Conversely, my brother indulged in junk food, yet our health outcomes were indistinguishable. A cousin of mine, who considered himself "healthy," ultimately gave up his regimen, declaring, "It wasn't worth it. I saw no benefits and deprived myself of sugary treats for no valid reason."

Until recently, I told myself that the effects of a healthy diet are long-term rather than immediate. It was a revelation to realize that I was not truly being healthy but rather falling prey to the marketing tactics of large food corporations, which profit by misleading consumers.

These brands often promote products claiming to have "0% sugar," leading consumers to believe they are making healthier choices, while they actually replace sugar with even more harmful sweeteners. Delving into the science behind nutrition reveals a startling truth: what we consider healthy is often anything but.

Society has conditioned us to think that health equates to consuming our five servings of fruits and vegetables, drinking milk, and reducing meat intake. Contrary to popular belief, you can thrive without consuming fruits and vegetables. The healthiest individuals I know primarily consume animal liver, which provides essential vitamins. As for myself, I limit my intake of fruits and vegetables to just one serving daily.

While raw milk from well-fed cows in glass bottles is preferable, the standard processed milk poses risks.

One of the most significant misconceptions is the necessity of carbohydrates. Contrary to popular belief, carbs can accelerate aging and impair cognitive function. You may argue that you think clearly while consuming carbs, but have you ever experienced life without them? Our ancestors, who were remarkably healthy and active, rarely consumed carbohydrates, relying instead on meat and the occasional fruit.

Chapter 2: The Path to Optimal Health

If you adhere to the dietary guidelines I propose, you can expect to achieve remarkable results: clearer skin, weight loss, improved mental clarity, longevity, and a renewed sense of vitality. Here are the steps to reach optimal health:

  1. Embrace Intermittent Fasting

    Start your first meal seven hours after waking. This approach not only aids in weight management but also enhances productivity. Many find that these fasting hours significantly increase focus and efficiency.

  2. Adopt a Meat-Centric Diet

    Focus your meals around meat, including chicken, lamb, beef, fish, and eggs. While it's not necessary to eliminate all other foods, prioritize these as your primary sources of nutrition. Minimize your intake of carbohydrates and sugar, which can be as addictive as drugs, leading to detrimental effects on your life.

  3. Engage in Regular Exercise

    Commit to at least 30 minutes of exercise four times a week. Personally, I exercise for an hour every day and aim for 10,000 steps daily. This level of activity is essential for maintaining both physical and mental health.
